Applicants who wish to invest any funds of Infinity Alpha are welcomed to submit an expression of interest form (“EOI Form”). Upon completion of the EOI Form, please email it to Infinity Alpha at in**@ia**.au or provide it to us in person.
By submitting the EOI Form to Infinity Alpha Funds Management, you acknowledge the following:
(a) The EOI Form is not legally binding and you are entitled to withdraw your expression of interest at any time prior to signing the Application Form attached to the Information Memorandum (IM);
(b) The EOI Form does not constitute an offer to make an investment in the Fund. The signing and acceptance of the EOI Form and the payment of any deposit under the EOI Form does not constitute the making of any financial investment and will not result in the provision of any financial benefits by Infinity Alpha Funds Management to you;
(c) The Investment Manager of the Fund may contact you during business hours to promote the Fund and other investment products to you and may use your personal information collected in this EOI Form for marketing purposes (at your discretion to opt-out).

Investment in the Fund is only available to parties (individuals above 18 years of age, trusts or bodies corporate) who, if residing in Australia:
• invest $500,000 or more in the Fund; or
• provide a certificate from a qualified accountant (substantially in a form provided by and available from the trustee) that states the Investor has net assets of at least $2.5 million or has a gross income for each of the last two financial years of at least $250,000; or
• is a professional investor (including the holder of an Australian financial services license, a person who controls more than $10 million or a person that is a listed entity or a related body corporate of a listed entity).
